ARP is the exclusive agent for Tianjin Maxore International Trade Company (“Maxore”) in South Africa, a highly respected Chinese enterprise that owns interests in Ferroalloy production units in Inner Mongolia through Tianjin Yaye Ferroalloy Co., Ltd. Maxore and ARP will work on an exclusive basis focused on the origination, development and investment in bulk commodity flows from South Africa commencing primarily with chrome ore and manganese ore and gradually incorporating other commodities and other Africa territories. This exclusive partnership shall run for an initial period of 5 years having commenced in 2018.
